Returns & Exchanges

At The Girl Next Door, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
